Introduction to Windows Server 2003 and Internet Information Service

Microsoft's server operating system provides many new security features and improvements over the previous 2000 Server product. Given today's networking environment, security is at the forefront of every IS manager's and system administrator's network agenda.

In this 4-day hands-on workshop, we will explore the features of Windows Server 2003, and provide methods for capitalizing on these features to provide a tighter more secure system. We will also address the implementation of IIS, Microsoft's web service designed to run on Windows Server, and how to better secure the system.
